The E series made Wolf precision performance accessible for more cooks. Now three distinct new styles make the E series ideal for more kitchen designs than ever. The new 762mm E series professional single oven features an all-stainless touch control panel, a pro-style capped handle and stainless-framed door – a design meant to coordinate beautifully with similarly-styled Wolf microwaves and warming drawers. Inside, dual convection fans and ten cooking modes control heat and airflow more precisely than less sophisticated single-convection systems. Uniform heat throughout the oven and the efficiency of circulating air around the food produce faster, more consistent and more predictably delicious results for your baking, roasting and broiling.
The E series oven controls are a favorite of Wolf chefs for their intuitive usability whether setting the temperature, mode or timer. Meanwhile, dual interior halogen lights and a large viewing window help you keep tabs on cooking progress without having to disturb your dish by opening the door. Other standard convenience features include self-clean and timed cook settings, along with one full-extension, easy-glide rack and one full-extension, door-glide rack that put even the largest, heaviest dishes safely within reach.

GOURMET MODE
The 60cm E series built-in ovens come with Wolf’s exclusive cooking setting, Gourmet mode. Gourmet mode adjusts the time and temperature of a food item, from meats and vegetable dishes to frozen appetizers, based on the amount and size of the food being prepared, ensuring consistent, delicious results. Cook gorgeously browned meats to preference, with proper resting time accounted for automatically.

DESIGN
Transitional design coordinates with other Sub-Zero and Wolf products that fit into 60 cm openings – perfect for standard European cabinetry. The 60cm x 45cm version also fits easily into the same install space as a 60cm Wolf convection steam oven, Wolf coffee system, or Wolf dropdown door microwave for added symmetry in horizontal and vertical stacking options. Optional pro handle accessory allows for the oven to fit into multiple kitchen designs.

CONVECTION
A single convection fan combines with three heating elements to circulate heat evenly and consistently throughout the interior cavity, eliminating hot and cool spots, to help ensure all dishes are cooked evenly. Everything from roast chicken to chocolate chip cookies comes out crisp and perfectly browned.

HUMID MODES
Bake Humid and Convection Humid modes keep steam from escaping throughout the cooking process to ensure moisture is retained, eliminating the risk of drying out foods and reducing use of additives like butter.
